Serving Mississippi for over 30 years, Canopy’s CARES Center is a 24-hour, 60-bed intensive psychiatric residential treatment facility serving children and youth ages 6 to 17 with severe emotional and/or behavioral challenges.
Solutions offered in the residential setting help provide a structured learning environment where children and youth can learn to better manage challenging thoughts and behaviors. Upon accomplishing goals, support is provided to the family to assist the child or youth in successfully transitioning back into the home and community.
