LINK helps families create strong, healthy relationships by teaching the importance of family values and how to build them. Classes offer support, resources and strategies to prevent childhood trauma and strengthen bonds.
Communication Strategies
LINK teaches families effective communication skills to improve relationships and overcome challenges. Participants learn tools and strategies for healthy communication in any setting, with resources available online and in-person.
Addressing Conflict
LINK equips families with tools to manage and resolve conflict. Classes provide practical strategies for conflict resolution, self-control and making healthy decisions when dealing with difficult situations.
Healthy Parenting Strategies
LINK provides parents with tools and resources to overcome stressors and build strong, nurturing homes. Classes cover parenting tips, child development and strategies for creating a supportive environment for children to thrive.
Self-care Practices
LINK teaches families the importance of self-care and how it impacts their ability to care for others. Participants learn practical ways to balance stress and prioritize their well-being to better support their families.

Identifying Drug Use
LINK works with community partners to educate families on identifying the signs of substance abuse. Classes provide resources, coaching, and tools to help families address drug use and connect to additional support.
