Question: Has the organization established a limit for the indirect cost rate?
Response: The RFP award will be issued as a fixed price contract. Under this structure, the total proposed price should be inclusive of all costs necessary to perform the work, including any indirect costs. Indirect costs do not need to be separately identified unless otherwise requested, as they are considered part of the overall fixed price.
