Director of Canopy Compliance Overview
The Director of Canopy Compliance (DCC) oversees Canopy Children’s Solutions’ adherence to applicable federal and state laws and regulations, as well as Canopy Children’s Solutions healthcare compliance requirements, policies and procedures. The DCC position is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective and efficient healthcare compliance program with oversight and guidance in relation to governmental regulations associated with healthcare fraud, waste and abuse. Duties are performed in accordance with established professional policies, practices, regulatory requirements, and accrediting body standards. The DCC will serve as Chair of the Canopy Audit and Compliance Committee, as well as a member of the Privacy/Security Committee.
