The Wraparound approach is a dedicated effort to support young people with complex needs and their families. It involves organizing services and supports in partnership with the individual and their family to ensure continuity of care and access to needed resources. This process includes ongoing engagement, review, and adjustment of relevant providers and resources to meet the needs and vision of the family. Participants will gain valuable insight into the population best suited for the Wraparound process, facilitation of the process, and the crucial role of professionals. Wraparound works to improve and empower communities.
