Canopy Children’s Solutions hosted the 2022 Children’s Mental Health Summit, May 12 and 13, at Sheraton Flowood The Refuge Hotel & Conference Center in Flowood, MS.

Keynote speaker, Dr. Wizdom Powell, Director of Health and Disparities Institute at the University of Connecticut and President of the American Psychological Association, delivered an empowering keynote titled, “Speak to the Wounds: Mental Health, Racial Justice, and the Fierce Urgency of Radical Healing.” Nearly 225 participants engaged in breakout sessions lead by Canopy experts such as Ethical Dilemmas in Telehealth, Fine Tuning Your Hope Engine, and A Regular Dose of Dirt: Gardening with Kids.
